Brief: Nestlé needed to recruit 115 high calibre people within Graduates, Apprenticeships, Placements and Internships schemes. Placements were located across the UK within disparate disciplines, from Engineering, Food Manufacturing to HR and Marketing. We needed to deliver a campaign that would not only drive awareness across their key demographics, but also be highly targeted in hard to recruit locations and showcase what a career could entail within different departments.
The campaign not only met, but massively exceeded expectations. We drove a significant volume of tailored candidates through to nestlecareers.co.uk and increased applications by 60% whilst keeping the conversion rate high, increasing from 77% in 2017 to 78% in 2018. This meant that quality hadn’t been compromised despite the increased volume of candidates.
