Brief: Morrisons needed to recruit circa 140 graduates for 12 graduate schemes located at their head office and other UK sites. The campaign ran for four months, prior to their assessment centres.


Results:

Despite the budget decreasing year on year we increased sessions to the Grads site by 21% and users by 17.5%. We captured data from 2,105 completed competition entries on a 'Strengths Game' and the overall average cost per application was only 92p!
