Brief: Their main objective was to promote the Trust as the number one ‘Employer of Choice’, gaining a competitive advantage over other healthcare, and all employers, for non-clinical roles. They also wanted to improve the experience for new starters joining the Trust, by providing an information portal to motivate, engage and prepare them ahead of their start date. The Trust was also keen to explore a self-serve process for candidates to book there own pre-employment screening, and aim to reduce their checking times and repeated failed appointments.
