Brief:

In the last few years Jupiter has established Byron as an anomaly in the employer branding space. A brand that throws out the old rulebook and writes itself a new one. Our art direction for the company, therefore, must – ironically, in order to maintain brand consistency – do away with the very idea of consistency. So we employ a seemingly cavalier approach to our choice of illustration styles – from crosshatch pencil drawings to computer-generated vectors to comic-book-style cartoons. And with all manner of fonts in use.

Results:

“We can always rely on you guys to make us laugh with your art direction. That’s the first hurdle of engagement for us, every time. Perfect balance of cheeky and appealing. Great job.”

  • Louise Moneypenny, Head of Recruitment, Talent & Training
