Brief: B&Q were really struggling to fill vacancies they had in their Omni channel Team. One of the problems with being one of the trailblazers of Omni channel retailing, was that there was a very limited talent pool and everyone was fighting hard to attract the best.

Results:

Considering how difficult it is to recruit for these types of roles, the campaign performed extremely well with 414 hits from 345 unique users onto the bespoke landing page. B&Q managed to fill all 4 vacancies from the applications through this advertising.
