Fiona Horton
As a self-confessed recruitment communications fanatic, I’ve been in this incredible industry for over 25 years. I’ve met so many fascinating people – colleagues and clients - there are just too many to mention. What keeps me in the industry you ask? Easy: every day is a new challenge. With client expectations, media channels and the digital world moving at such pace – there’s never a day that I don’t learn something new. And learning is important. Equally important is work/life balance. Something I instil on my team too. Outside of work I’m a jetski chic – my beast (as I call her) goes 0-60 in 2.5 seconds – woo hoo. It’s essentially a motorbike on water with no brakes or wheels. But I’m a speed freak and I love it. When I’m not tearing around at breakneck speed on the water, I’m with my amazing dogs. When I retire I’m going to get another 8 dogs. Nothing surer.
