Onboarding for Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is now live for medical staff and agenda for change staff.

So far 500 doctors have been rotated through the onboarding system, and an ever increasing number of agenda for change staff have been onboarded and in both cases, the collection of pre-employment documentation has been easier and faster, with candidates suppling this information within 24 hours.

Pre-employment screening times have been significantly reduced by 75% and there has been a reduction in the overall processing time of new hires, freeing up the recruitment teams to proactively tackle wider resourcing challenges.

Both the website and the onboarding system are compatible to both mobile and tablet devices, which new starters say is important for them.  

LTHT are now receiving over 9,000 visits per month to their career website and with the online registration process, are sending out in excess of 4,000 automated alert emails per month about prospective posts to potential candidates. LTHT has created a dedicated and more crucially, an active talent bank by utilising the online registration process as part of their careers website.
